I'm in need of a experienced, friendly, and efficient, and knowledgeable handy man to help with a few outdoor projects. There may be more jobs available throughout the spring/summer as well. We are on a tight budget and are looking for someone who will work for close to $10/hr or per project.

1. rake our lawn and remove old brush.
2. remove several small trees.
3. till the ground to prepare for grass seed. (can you provide? or know of a good place to rent this?)
4. plant the grass seed and water the lawn at least once

5. repair an area of our fence that needs to be secured to the house.
6. pressure wash the deck, back side of the house, garage and remaining fence. (we have a pressure washer)
7. stain the deck, and remaining unfinished fence areas. (we will provide the stain)

8. re-do our front stoop in concrete. you must be good at this. this is the second time it has needed to be repaired and we need it to be done well.

we are looking for someone who is confident and finds this list to be no big deal and has had experience. we love to communicate via text as well. our next availability to begin work is this upcoming Tuesday morning from 9am-1pm and from there we will scheduled out more. let us know if you are interested! thanks
