-24/7 access (we reserve practice times on our shared Google calendar)
-Free shows at the Substation on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
-Vending machines containing food and guitar strings
-Bathrooms around the corner
-You can leave your gear in the space (we are all respectful of each other's gear and won't use it!)
-Use of shared PA

Rent: $250 per month (lease is month-to-month and requires 3 weeks notice before move-out)
Refundable security deposit: $250
Refundable key fob deposit: $10 per bandmate
