I am a student at SFSU looking for only one female roommate to share a one bedroom one bathroom apartment in a Parkmerced tower.
The base rent is $1,970, of which you would be responsible for half, $985. This does not include utilities. I am currently paying approximately $104 a month in apartment provided utilities, plus PG&E and Wifi which the apartment complex does not provide.

ABOUT ME:
I am in my early 20s, and my main focus is my studies. I keep to myself, so there aren't people coming in and out of the apartment. I am fairly clean, quiet, tidy, and am respectful of others' space and privacy.
