Singer on keys, looking for drums andor guitar to collaborate (Brooklyn)
At it again!
I'm a singer on keyboard/synth, looking to start a group. Going for a rock/post-rock sound, a bit electro, a bit dark/moody, a bit abstract. Not "art rock", but I'll use the term. Influences include: Radiohead (from the last 10 years especially), Sigur Ros, Grizzly Bear, Beach House, Antlers, The National, some slight 80's/post-punk, etc.
More than anything, I'm looking for musicians to collaborate with. Would love to start by finding a drummer/percussionist or guitarist and seeing how we jive creatively and if we're going for the same type of sound.
