SMALL CONCRETE JOB, REPLACE PIECE SIDEWALK AND SMALL PAD REPAIR (PASADENA)
I have an immediate concrete job that requires partial replacement of sidewalk, top row of block steps, porch pad replacement or pour over, and some parge coat.
I rehab houses and looking for a new concrete guy. Most of my jobs are not real large but this could turn into additional concrete work if I'm happy with the work and you are REASONABLE. Also, possible other work available if you are skilled in others trades, ie. carpentry, tile, deck, trim etc...
