Small renovation job! Build out a walk out bacement , need a skilled contractor who can do the job.
The job.
Just a build out of a walk out basement, about 500 sf.
Demo : fiberboard and insulation from exterior wall (about 25 x7.5 ft) , remove plywood wall from bathroom wall. ( remove and dispose all material ) , remove 30-70 full light exterior door and replace.
Frame new interior walls and frame out one concrete foundation wall. Ensure that the ceiling is ready to except Sheetrock . ( about 50 ft )
Frame in around stairs and finish stairs / trim in so that the stairs is consistent with the main floor stairs.
Supply and install two doors, one interior 30-70 6 panel door and one Fiberglas exterior low E full light 30-70 door and trim in, including all hardware.
Wire, to code, duplex outlets throughout the new space and per plans, install and wire all owner supplied lighting ( about 8 cans) and related switches.
Make sure existing HVAC ductwork is modified to except the new Sheetrock.
Insulate all walls with fiberglass batts and add 1" foam board taped, on all exterior walls.
Sheetrock and tape all walls and make ready for paint using moisture resistant 5/8 Sheetrock.
Prime all Sheetrock .
Install trim to all window, doors , wall base and stairs.
Contractor to supply all materials, labor and remove all construction debris from the site.
