1. Dig it 7 inches
2. Make Sure grade in for water to drain away from house. quarter inch per foot.
3. Compact Soil level

5. Pour over four inches of gravel.
6. Compact Gravel level
7. Add inch of sand on top of gravel.
8. Lay patio stones on top 1 foot by one foot two inches deep.
9. Nail in paver edging
10. Sweep polymeric Sand into joints of patio stones
11. Compact Patio Stones level
12. Sweep more polymeric sand into patio stone joints
13. Then slow off sand off patio stones (He does have a Shop Vac)
14. Back Fill over pager edging or whatever needs to be back filled.
He will then water the patio for three hours.
