I need a window well sanded, spackled and primed in my upper west side apartment. It will probably take about an hour. You need to bring a hand sander. I have the spackle and the primer. $50 for the job. Do a good job and I have a few other things that need doing since I'm just moving in. I'm always willing to pay for decent!
