About Myself:
My name is Rob Allen. I am a student at Brigham Young University and am a passionate snowboarder and snowboard instructor. I have over 10 years of snowboard instruction experience and have worked with students of all ages.
Instruction:
I focus mostly on helping beginners learn the skills to be successful and confident snowboarders and to have an awesome and fun time on the mountain. I have also worked with intermediate snowboarders to help develop their skills to conquer more of the mountain. For a full day of instruction we begin at 8 a.m. (usually on Saturday) and go until 4 p.m. We can either meet on the mountain or I can pick you up and we can travel together (where reasonable).
Pricing:
To receive instruction from resort instructors you can easily pay over $900 per day. My prices are as follows:
Private lesson - $350 for the full day*
Group lesson (you provide the group - friends, siblings, etc.) -
$180 per person (for 2 students)*
$150 per person (for 3 students)*
$120 per person (for 4 students)*
$100 per person (for 5+ students)*
*Each student must pay for their own lift ticket. Prices vary among different resorts. Students also provide their own lunch, if desired. Students are also in charge of providing their own snowboard equipment, or rent them from the resort at their own expense.
Half-day lessons can be.
