Lucy's previous owner received her as a gift when she was about 6 days old she was taken to NY/ACC as owner surrender after being a family pet for 3 yrs. Lucy was adored by many of volunteers that met her at the shelter. Lucy was pulled by Second chance rescue and Is in need of a home to call her own. Lucy is a total sweetheart ! She has won many hearts including the hearts of her prior foster family! She has the deepest, sweetest eyes that will make you melt. She just wants to belong to a family. Lucy is very affectionate and loves to be with you no matter what your doing. She is happy to snuggle on the couch with you making a great tv partner! She is playful , goofy & energetic enjoying every bit that life is offering her. She LOVES to play ball and listens when you command her to drop it. She is truly a smart cookie! She is presently finishing up her basic obedience training that she is currently enrolled in. No doubt this pretty brindle angel will make a family proud showing off what she has learned with the completion of her 3 week program. Lucy walks great on a leash and has been trained to walk at a heal. She is house trained and crate trained. It is recommended she goes to a home with kids at least 10 years old and up. Lucy is good with some dogs but she can be a bit pushy. A meet and greet is recommended to see if she can live in harmony if another dog is in the home. Using a slow introduction over a coarse of time. She is spayed and up to date on her shots. Everyone that meets this pretty girl says "I LOVE LUCY "! How about making her part of your family!
