Software Sales Gig

QR Code Link to This Post Software Success is a growing software company seeking talented sales reps. This position includes sales and customer service to our current client base.
This is a outstanding position, and is the perfect for sales reps, single parents, stay at home moms, retired persons, persons with disabilities or who are caring for disabled individuals, people who do not have transportation, or those who are simply tired of driving from one sales appointment to another.

The requirements of the position are very simple. First, you will check in with our call center, via your computer, when you want to begin working. You are then considered to be on duty. You do not have to work a 4 or 8 hour minimum, etc. We receive calls 24 hours a day, so you can check in, and work any time that works for your schedule.

Customers call a toll free number to inquire about our software program. They are responding to one of several of our online advertisements. They will then be connected directly to you.
You do not need a land line, as the calls can be patched directly to your cell phone or our free voip phone we provide you.

You will simply provide them very basic information about the software program, and then you will obtain their contact information. Some customers will want to make their purchase immediately. Others will ask you to forward them some information about the software.

On average, about 20% of the customers will purchase the software. Some reps have a much better sales average, and some slightly lower. You can expect to speak with approximately 10 to 14 customers per day, for approximately 4 minutes each.

When the customer makes his/her purchase, you will receive a $200.00 commission, the same day.

Qualifications:
-Strong work ethic, self-disciplined, motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
-Good phone and organizational skills.
-Must be easy to adapt and eager to learn new systems
-Commission sales or entrepreneurial experience is a plus but not necessary
- Positive attitude

Duties and Responsibilities:

+Answer inbound client inquires.
+Define customer needs and execute sales plans and/or route to the company sales presentation.
+Manage a pipeline of clients and schedule follow/support sessions.
+Efficiently qualify leads
+Handle every call with professionalism and a dedication to providing high level customer care.
