We are looking to hire crews of general laborers for a solar project in the area for a long term (3+ months) contract. You will be responsible for carrying solar panels, helping to install the panels, ensuring 100% safety, and helping with general labor needs.

Our Ideal candidate will have the following:
High school diploma OR GED (preferred)
2 years of work experience (1 year solar preferred but not required)
Ability to work long hours when necessary (typical work week of 50+ hours)
Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 40 lbs
