Are All Pressure Washers The Same ?
No. Conceptually, the premise is the same; however, there's a vast difference between low pressure, high pressure, steam applications, chemicals and experience. We have the ability to perform both high and low pressure washes with out causing any harm/damage to the surface. More importantly, it takes time and many pressure washing jobs to perfect the process.
How Does Hot Water / Steam Applications Work:
Water at high pressure, in combination with heat/steam (typically no more than 210 degrees), activates the application specific chemicals to produce the desired result. It's important to note, not all chemicals react at the same water temperature. For instance, water that is too hot will render the chemical useless by breaking down the molecular structure while the opposite is true as well. Our experience has shown when to use the appropriate heat and at what levels. In most instances, desired results are achieved thru a two step process.
