It's never too early to start thinking about 'cross season! This bike is ideal for anyone interested in trying cyclocross. But it's also such a durable, capable bike that you can use it for just about anything - commuting, winter road riding, running errands, etc.

The bike is a 2012 Specialized CruX Comp - size XL (58cm). The bike is in excellent shape - it was only raced 2x, and ridden approximately 20 other times. The frame has only minor blemishes, the rear wheel has been recently re-built (and not ridden since), and the tires are in really good condition. The bike will come with Shimano SPD off-road pedals, but I can throw in a set of platform pedals if you'd like. This truly is not only a good-looking bike, but a high-quality bike from one of America's best bicycle companies. If you're about 6'0" or taller, this could be a fantastic ride!

To keep you rolling, the CruX is spec'd out with snappy DT Swiss wheels wrapped with grippy Specialized tires, as well as SRAM's reliable Apex drivetrain, sure-stopping Tektro cantilevers and hand-saving gel bar tape, too.
