Spirits Product Specialists Needed

Off-premise liquor program including 45 events coming to the Greater Providence/Warwick area and South County between Narragansett and Westerly areas from May 2nd through July 15th, 2015. We are currently looking for a Market Area Manager & Product Specialists to join our team! See below for more details

Product Specialist Requirements:
• 21 years of age or older
• Spirits industry and sales experience preferred
• Available for multiple activations & ability to commit to program
• Aggressive sales skills (We're looking for sellers, not just a pretty face!)
• Able to communicate brand information clearly and enthusiastically
• Outgoing, engaging with consumers AND account managers
• Own or have access to reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrivals at events and transfer of assets
• Responsible -- Will monitor valuable assets
• Reliable -- Arrive ON TIME to ALL events and training
• Ability to set up and tear down assets
• Knowledge of metro areas
• Knowledge of activity in spirits marketing world preferred
• Tech savvy & computer literate (use of iPads, digital cameras, Microsoft Office, emailing, etc)

Product Specialist Responsibilities:
• Attend PAID training (phone or in-person)
• Pick up, transfer & drop off sampling asset if needed
• Setup & teardown of sampling asset
• Learn and share product knowledge to consumers at off premise accounts
• Ability to deliver key brand messaging & engage the consumer
• Encourage and increase product sales during events
• Represent the brand in a professional manner at ALL TIMES
• Take photos and submit recap

MAM Pay Rate:
Program Total: $3,787.50 (will be paid weekly for 13 weeks at $291.35)
Includes travel time for site checks and asset transfers
*Final program weeks may be affected by scheduling, cancelations and/or receipt of account list. Payment may not exceed total program pay unless additional events are added to the program.

Product Specialist Pay Rate:
Product Specialist: $25/hr
3.5 hours paid per demo: 2 hours activation plus 1.5 hours for prep, setup, teardown & recap
$25 compensation for traveling 30+ miles one way
