As a Commercial Loan Broker I have many lenders and many programs but one that has been gaining popularity is using your 401K from a prior employer to start a business or to use to recapitalize your business. You are in control and you determine how much of your funds you would like to invest.
You need a minimum of 35,000 in your 401K and not all 401K may qualify until your 55 but 90% do qualify at any age.
