Position Description
JRC, Inc. is a nationwide construction company located in oklahoma city. We currently working in 45 of the 50 states and are seeking steep and low slope roofing crews who are willing to travel around the country.
Work Requirements
o Must carry own workman's compensation policy.
o Must carry own liability insurance policy.
o Preferably 8-10 men on each crew.
o Work is completed in a craftsman like manner and to the specification, and satisfaction of the customer.
o Must follow all safety procedures
o Must be able to stay on schedule as provided by supervisor.
o Maintain SAFETY CONSCIOUSNESS and PRACTICE on all jobs at all times; take corrective action as necessary.
o At All Times follow JRC Policies & complete work in a Safe Environment
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to travel for at least 2-4 weeks at a time.
• Ability to work in the US a must
• Reliable transportation that can haul all equipment to job sites around the country
• Minimum of five years of roofing installation experience and ability to provide addresses of projects completed.
• The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders frequently
• Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands
• Clean driving record a.
