Bailey was stolen on March 31, 2015 out of Rutland, Vermont. He is a Shihtzu / Lhasa apso pekapoo mix three year old neutured male. Bailey may still be with the person who stole him or he may have been given to or sold to someone else who has know idea he was originally stolen.
