WILLIE SHORT FILM (2015)
SYNOPSIS:
In an age where everyone seems to blend in, Willie stands out. Constantly being the subject to ridicule, Willie simply smiles. A unique factor to his high school, there is no one who can bring him down, or so it seems. A new attractive girl and an upcoming dance, turns Willie's life upside down as love forces him to lower his shield. In the process of conquering love Willie learns the effects of being vulnerable, breaking down his bubble and forging a stronger one.
Expected shooting day: June 8-12.
Locations: Austin, Texas and Dallas, Texas

ACTORS NEEDED:
WILLIE (Lead)
> 16-20+ age, male. (Look like you are in High Schools still)
> Hispanic or White
> Traits: Willie is the main character. He is constantly getting bullied, but he does not care. Therefore, we imagine a funny and likable person, who looks like he is bullied or could be dressed like he is. So if you're naturally funny awesome.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

BULLY (supporting-character)
> 16-20+ age, male. (Look like you are in High Schools still)
> Any ethnicity
> Height: Preferably tall
> Traits: Bully and Dorky-ish. Although he is a bully, he is a real dork and lame.

Unfortunately, non of these roles are paid, hence it is a student short film. But we would love the help to make this film possible and to be submitted to Film Festivals in Texas and out of Texas.
