Stunning Orange Tabby for Adoption (Fuzzy Pawz Rescue)

Mango is a gorgeous orange tabby who is just around a year old. He and his siblings were found as strays when they were about 3 months old; all of his siblings were adopted already but poor Mango is still waiting.
This lovely, sweet, gentle boy can be terribly shy when meeting new people and that is keeping people from seeing the true him. We know that if someone would look past his initial shyness that he would blossom in a home of his very own given a week or so.
Once he knows you Mano is a doll. He is very gentle with people and really loves daily chin rubs before dinner. He also loves it when you scratch down his spine to the base of his tail you'd think he'd gone right to heaven! He's pretty cute when you do that; he wraps his long tail back over his spine and stands up on his tippy toes so high that he almost falls over. Once he knows you are his friend he will let you pick him up and hold him for a bit while you scratch his chin. When he's really into the lovefest he will wrap his front legs around you for a hug.
Mango does not like it if you reach for the top of his head, he will shy away if you do that, but stick to under the chin and the back and he is in heaven. He's a bit afraid of the vacuum but just make sure there is a cat tree he can climb onto and he's good.
Did we mention that Mango loves to play with toys; ping pong balls are his very favorite! You send one rolling across the floor and we are pretty sure he'd be happy all day chasing it. He will start chirping at the ball as he runs all over chasing it it really is just so much fun to watch.
He has been around other cats and does just fine; we've never had him around dogs so we are unsure how he would be. However we think if the dog leaves him alone and you give him time to adjust to the dog he would be him.
Because Mango is quiet and a bit on the shy side, his new home shouldn't have kids any younger than 12 please. He enjoys the quiet life and would thrive in a soft easy going environment. Someone who wants a quiet gentle companion would be perfect for him.
Mango has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
