Hello,
I am looking for one full-time person (to work directly and indirectly with myself, the owner of the concession business) and 3 Part time flexible people (to work selected events) to work at some fairs and events this summer. It is from now until October with some time off here and there in between events..... I also have some "busy work" when the fairs are not going on (another business I own). July and august will be straight out for the person chosen for the full time position.
THE MUSTS:
-HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE (FULL-TIME AND P/T/F)
-WILLING TO WORK HARD WHEN NEEDED (FULL-TIME AND P/T/F)
-FULL TIME PERSON UNDERSTAND THIS IS FOR HAULING TO THE EVENT, SET UP, WORK THE EVENT TEAR DOWN AND HAUL TO NEXT EVENT
-P/T/F PERSON HELP WITH SET UP, WORK THE EVENT TEAR DOWN
**FULL TIME PERSON: YOU MUST be able to travel (don't get home sick) and be on the road staying in the bunk house at the events basically being my right hand man
*not having to be home each night (being able to be away from family and friends at home) one stretch of events this may be for 2 to 3 weeks (you will meet some nice people on the road.. we are all basically family out on the road (not literally though), watching out for each other)
*Some knowledge of the food service industry & make pizza is a plus
*be familiar with grill and fryers and pizza ovens
*understand there will be long hours at some events
*able to pull a trailer with my truck
*able to haul long distance
*have a decent driving record
*be able to bend at the knees and pull hose, electrical lines, etc (mostly really short distances)
*understand that in come cases you may need to run a trailer with you being in charge if im not able to be in the same trailer
