Jewel is a totally gorgeous silver and white tiger/tabby cat who has a mind of her own. She has a few cats here that she gets along with but is not very accepting of new cats and has no trouble hissing at them and smacking them if they get into her personal space. We feel she would be happier somewhere with less cats and even though we will greatly miss her, we want her happy! Jewel can be a super loving cat most of the time but is not very fond of being picked up and held for long amounts of time. She loves laying in your lap or beside you on the couch while watching movies though. She comes to her name, especially when you have food or treats. She can be very shy around new people so her new owner must understand this and have some patience with her in the beginning. Once she knows you, she can be very clingy however. She is very spoiled and quite pudgy, so if you like fat cats, then she would be the perfect choice!
