The job is to just sweep off the roof of the house and the garage and clean out the gutters. The house and garage are both small.
The job was done last May or June in under 2 hours.
The roof is not steep, but it requires someone not heavy footed because the Hardy Plank on it is not able to stand a heavy person. It requires someone sure footed who is not afraid of height, but not a lot of skill. We have good brooms for it. We have good ladders. Ideally, you would spread out a tarp below to catch the cedar needles that will fall. Then, you can clean out the gutters using a shovel or stick.
If you know how to do it, you could also replace the zinc flashing along the tops of the roof gables so that moss does not grow on the roof. This would be a separate.
