I have ALL material just need someone with skill to sew them together. They are a pull over type cover.
Thread is (16oz CONE #V92 BLACK DABOND POLYESTER THREAD T90 )
Material is a Cordura water resistant fabric
Bungee is about 1/3 inch diameter
Must have past experience and ensure quality of work.
