Learn many skills. Any tools and experience a plus but not important. Be available for work is what is important. Serious only reply. You must live near by. You must have a truck. Possible after work odd work and even weekend family business at flea market. Into many things. I may also be renting a room and storage to someone soon and it would be beneficial to find both worker and room mate in one person.
