Offer: I have a second bedroom that will be available soon, in the process of cleaning it out from my last resident. You will have your own room and an upstairs bathroom which you will share with another female tenent.

Length of time: How long can you stay? That depends on you, I have already found one person for my team. Which I refer to her on many discisions, dealing with the house and day to day activities. Minimum length of time has been 2 weeks the average has been 2 months the longest well still counting :-) The reason for the previous failures is because this wasnt for them, or not a team player.

About us: 35 AA male which works, and a 43 AA female. We both attend church she actually has a church home. Very low traffic through the house and normally house is quiet by 10pm the latest is 12am.
