Seeking experienced help desk/technical support professionals for a short term project.
Required Skills:
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-3+ years of troubleshooting / help desk / technical support experience
-4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience
-Basic understanding of SQL, Active Directory, and/or Azure
Some travel may be required.
Schedule = M-F, 8-5 and some weekends as needed.
Project has the ability to extend depending on performance.
Rate is DOE
