Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Steward to join the culinary team at Kenwood Inn & Spa.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Kitchen ware washing, organization and storage
2) Service ware set up and washing
3) Kitchen and dining room area cleaning
4) Food item preparation according to chef specifications
5) Plating assistance during service periods and banquets
6) Prep area set up, cleaning and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1) Will train a motivated individual with desire to gain experience in the culinary field.
2) Ability to follow directions, multi task and take initiative with both cleaning and food preparation related tasks
COMPENSATION:
$10.00/Hour
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
This is a Seasonal Temporary -- Non-Exempt (Hourly) position approx. 0-25 hours per week, mainly evenings. Must have open availability including evenings/weekends.
