i recently moved into a new apartment and I signed up for time warner cable internet and phone. My phone and cable services work, but I cannot connect any device to my network, Ethernet or wifi. My computer says the network has a self assigned ip. I've tried every trick I know but I need a permanent solution. I need this fixed as soon as possible. I am interested in someone coming to my apartment in between noon and 4 pm tomorrow to fix this problem.
