This goes out to any Portlandia people who feel like they are stuck in a rut, and one or more of the following applies:
Your un-happy with what you've become. Depression ails you constantly.
You lack motivation and avoid important life-related tasks that need to get done.
You are struggling with a bad habit or addiction and know that it will impact your long-term goals. You feel like your wandering in life and need to find real purpose.
In a nutshell, a plan is drafted that has reasonable expectations and deliverables to help the person overcome the challenges they are facing. Once in place, accountability is maintained so that the plan is adhered to. Encouragement and positive reinforcement is abundant along the way.
