Tom Tom gps I bought for 150.00 so I th is 60.00 is a fair price comes with charger wall mount and car plug adapter also I don't have a holder for it but u can get one on walmart.com for 20.00 beats what I paid also to updat just plug in computer or laptop and turn on with Internet it should update.
