I have a 1250sf 3 bedroom townhouse in the center of downtown Newport RI in need of some electrical upgrades. I am looking for a licensed RI electrician to do the work in exchange for vacation time in my condo. (I will pay for parts). Works includes checking the wiring, upgrading wiring to some light fixtures, bringing electrical up to code, putting in a new light fixture and installing an exhaust fan.
