About the Class
Traditional Chinese and Japanese martial arts are now being taught at Academy Martial Arts. Absolute beginners and experienced martial artists are both welcome. Classes teach students the classical practices of a variety of Chinese and Japanese martial arts that provide students with a strong foundation from which to approach advanced training. Handouts are given weekly that outline the Chinese and Japanese methods taught during classes.
It does not matter if you are overweight, physically impaired, no stamina, or other issues, the Chinese and Japanese methods accommodate for all. The most important thing is that you have a good attitude and willingness to practice with others in class.
