Check BBB reports
Check Pricing Q: If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share? A: The main thing to understand in this industry is that the Big Box stores are not interested in repairing , only to replace, thus their minimum service fees are 150.00 whereby ours is 40-75.00 Q: What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out? A: Shop around and see how much the Big Box stores are charging. I have met so many people who throw out their cherished bigscreens because of an outrageous quote, when they do see our pricing structure, they fight to get it back, curse themselves for giving it away or after second opinion are happy they found us and get the job done Q: Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do? A: We specializes in Repairing **INHOME** by Appt Only

The people and families I meet are so thankful for our services that I get food and tips for my work. I also get to meet the family pets and involve the children ,if they are curious in my work. I got my interest from my next door neighbor, an engineer at WPAFB, built his onw tv and I was fascinated Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer? A: I have always loved music due to my dad being a Jazz Man. My next door neighbor was an engineer for WPAFB. The two of them shared so much and I was a natural. I fixed my first tv at 12 years of age Q: What are your most common types of jobs? A: Double images on traditional bigscreens are in need of Convergence or Geometry correction IC replacements. We also have seen a lot of power supply problems with LCD/Plasma units. We do a lot of DLP/LCD Lamp replacements Q: Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of. A: I had an elderly lady who lost sound in her tv. Instead of fixing the tv, we tied the sound from her cable box into her surround sound system and she couldn't believe the improvement. Labor and materials were around 100.00. To fix the tv would have been over 200.00 Q: Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field? A: As a member of NESDA and the Spyderman network, we are continuosly expanding our knowledge base Q: Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took. A: We do a lot of LCD and Plasma repairs that involve slow turn on and eventially no turn on. This is a power supply repair, that can be done inhome and price is usually around 150-250.00
