The position entails:
Drafting letters to clients, motions to courts, judges, and attorneys
managing clients, calls, and calendars,
issuing subpoenas for medical records
preparing exhibits for trial
this is an unpaid internship opportunity to learn the law and gain legal experience. The position could develop into full time employment for the right candidate. Schedule is flexible, looking to fill position.
