We are offering very reduced rent for a downstairs bedroom (furnished) with t.v./ bed/ dresser and book shelf/ medium size walk in closet/bathroom is adjacent to bedroom/ WIFI/ use of all common areas downstairs including washer dryer/ kitchen appliances.

We are looking for a retired or semi retired female even someone on social security (fem) who is physically able to care for our pet's and do light house keeping sweeping mopping and just general up keep of the downstairs portion of our house kitchen up keep laundry room living room and den (downstairs only) we will take care of our areas up stairs.

We are animal lovers and artists/ crafters (this would be ideal for a female who is into arts and crafting / sewing or likes to have a hobby of the such, or someone who would like to just hang out and have some coffee and join in on crafting. That would be fun.

The other thing is we are kind of night owls, up on computers, facebook games lol or crafting we don't do drugs here and this is not a party house or a crash pad. So NO DRAMA is welcomed.
