Each American Basketball Association team in the nation is volunteer founded, volunteer led and volunteer based. Collectively, ABA are the largest not-for-profit organizations in the sports world and benefit from the leadership of more than 100,000 volunteers.
The New England Anchors Sports Department is no different. Each year we have over 100 volunteers whose responsibility ranges from being a head coach to coordinating practice times and officiating. Special events like the annual basketball camps and Healthy Kids Day also rely on volunteers to make them a success.
