Outlaw Cattle Company is pleased to offer Wagyu (Kobe) Beef . We hand raise each Wagyu steer at the Outlaw Cattle Company family farm- not a feedlot. We do not purchase any meat from other producers. Our Wagyu Cattle are pampered on pasture and fed a secret blend of grains that maximizes the flavor, marbling, and tenderness of our Wagyu Cattle. Wagyu Beef (American Kobe Beef) has a buttery taste and unparalleled flavor and tenderness. Cattle Company we raise Japanese Wagyu Cattle from the Tajima bloodline the same breed and bloodlines used in Japan to produce Japanese Kobe Beef. The Tajima Black Wagyu Cattle are known for having the highest amount of marbling of all Wagyu Bloodlines. All our cattle are DNA parentage tested to ensure you get high quality Wagyu Beef and Genetics. (a vast majority of Wagyu Beef producers to do not DNA test their beef supply, which can raise question to the authenticity of their product.)

American Kobe Beef not only has excellent marbling but it is also significantly higher in Monounsaturated Fats up to three times more than normal beef, plus Wagyu Beef is also significantly higher in Omega 3 and Omega 6 Fatty Acids, This has been proven by Major University Studies by Texas A and M and Washington
