I'm looking for a cheap private apartment in the Concord to Manchester area for me and one other person.
REQUIREMENTS:
Somewhere around or between both Concord and Manchester.
Low in price.
Private.
ABOUT US:
We have very strong personal character references and are very trustworthy and responsible.
We take care of property and have good personal hygiene.
Don't smoke or drink.
We both work.
Have no pets.
PREFERENCES:
Would like a place that includes utilities, internet, washer/dryer, etc.
We are minimalist, and I don't have much stuff, so compact living area is fine with us.
Off street parking spaces for two cars. Extra parking space is a plus.
I can make rent on time. But I'm trying to be economical and save money. So I want something cheap. Sure you can get more money out of another tenants, but that's not always a good situation. Quality of the person is important
