I am 24 year old guitarist who has been playing for about 10 years. Playing mostly acoustic this entire time and developing my vocal abilities within their limits. That said, I've recently been learning all my scales to start playing serious electric lead and have had the pleasure of jamming with other musicians, many of which live in my house with me in NW Portland. With our drum set up, multiple amps, electric & acoustic-electric guitars, and soon to be set up microphones, we've got ourselves an up and coming jam spot. I find the urge to jam but our schedules conflict sometimes so I'm hoping to find folks that are available and want to rock.
Right now I'm seeking bassists, keys, or drummers to jam with. Would ideally like to play covers and break out into jams and solos out of those. Sound fun to you?
I work real estate during the day which keeps me busy and unsure of my schedule most days. That said, in usually good to jam after 6pm on weekdays. Weekends are variable.
My main instrument is lead & rhythm guitar, but I can switch off and play the set or bass as well, just without as much expertise (I don't sound like a dumb idiot. Don't worry). You can play whatever, but lets just get rockin' and get two, three, or more people involved. Does this sound like you?
