Wanted a House Cleaned and cleared of Debris (Dearborn Heights) hide this posting unhide

The following is a list of what needs to be cleaned.
1. Trash Removal: Remove all items considered trash in the property. Such as items left on kitchen shelves, in cupboards and in all rooms.
2. Kitchen: Clean with soap and water kitchen cupboards and shelves, and all surfaces.
3. Windows (7): The window sashes are soiled with grime and sticky residue. Will have to soak with soap and water then wash and clean. Clean the window panes.
4. Light fixtures and Ceiling Fans (13): All light fixtures have excessive dirt and sticky nicotine build-up. Each fixture will have to be disassembled if possible and washed with soap and water.
5. Kitchen and Bathroom Floors: Remove all debris and sticky spillage. Clean surfaces with soap and water.
6. Kitchen Stove: The stove top and oven/broiler will have to be treated several times with oven cleaner spray. The appliance has heavy cooking oil and dirt build-up.
7. Refrigerator: Clean with soap and water all inside shelves and drawers. Also clean the exterior of the fridge.
8. Laundry Room: The vinyl floor has heavy build-up of dirt and laundry detergent residue. The area behind the water heater needs deep cleaning. All walls and cabinets will have to be washed and wiped clean from sticky build-up.
9. Hallway Closets (2): Wash and wiped clean.
10. Walls: Clean all house walls to prep for paint. Currently most walls, specially kitchen, dinette and master bedroom have some stuff splashed on. All walls and ceilings have nicotine residue build-up.
11. Heat Registers/Vents: vacuum clean all vents.
12. Garage: Remove all items left behind, such as large box full of used shoes, painting materials, folded cardboard boxes, cement bricks and cinder block, trash bags.
13. Yard: Remove all trash bags left behind.
