Looking for a lead guitar player with gig experience and tasteful playing to rehearse once a week. We're all in our 40's, hoping to find someone of a similar age. Our ideal lead guitar player will play appropriately for each song, dialing it up when appropriate and also sitting back and settling into rhythm at times. Backup vocals a big plus. We are NOT looking for a virtuoso spotlight player.
We like Jam Stage in Pawtucket, but will consider rehearsing elsewhere. We plan to play shows once or twice a month, starting after the upcoming holidays. Aiming to have fun, please audiences and maybe make a few bucks.
We play popular rock from the 1960's - 2010's, all songs audiences will know.
We're based in the Providence area, OK to travel for rehearsal and/or gigs.
