My wife and I are new to Casper/Evansville, We would like to buy a mobile home, a 2 or 3 bedroom with a carport if possible but not a deal breaker, we would like it on a small peace of property with a good well if it does not have city water and septic, Must be in pretty good condition and no roof problems, We would like to be on the out skirts of Casper or some surrounding area near Casper. It would have to be on an owner contract, we are both on Social Security with a steady amount each month, We are willing to do a few minor things to it but nothing major.
