WANTED Music Director for middle school musical (Townsend, MA)
Hello!
I am directing a production of "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" at a middle school and I am in need of a music director.
Position entails:
- rehearsal after school (3:00-5:00) 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday OR Friday starting 9/15
- rehearsal every day the 2 weeks leading up to performance (starting 11/9)
- teaching middle school students the music to the show - working with the whole cast on big group numbers, and smaller groups and soloists on those songs
- attend and play piano for evening performances: 11/20, 11/21, 11/22
- attend and play auditions 2:45 - 5pm: 9/9, 9/10, 9/11
- requires strong communication, creativity, collaboration skills
- adorable children singing at you multiple days a week
