I have my own minimal furnishings and one vehicle.
My pursuits are quiet ones writing, reading, artistic projects, walking. Pick up after myself, am organized, great housekeeper, clean, educated, well traveled.
I'm a non smoker, no meds or drugs, no criminal record.
Am a non drinker, but don't oppose those who do.
Have excellent references from my landlord of three years on a rural ranch rental.
My small Terriers are adaptable and have lived with horses, cattle, other dogs, llamas, turkeys, chickens.
They don't drink, smoke, use drugs or have wild parties and neither do I.
My budget is $300 to $450 monthly depending on size, location, amenities of rental.
Would consider a shared rental with kitchen/bathroom/living room privileges with someone civil and sane who respects the privacy and property of others. Male or female no preference.
