Wanted Yard, Driveway, or Lot for Tiny Home Camper (Denver)
Howdy!
I set out to build a Tiny Home before realizing how old camper trailers are everywhere, have everything they need already in them, and are a canvas for some love and artsy touch. I am now searching for a new place within a few miles-ish of downtown to park my 13' trailer to work on and live in.
As for me - I am clean, respectful, and not crazy. I'm a social worker, co-founder of the new Denver Tool Library, and a touring musician. I believe in reducing the amount of resources and space we take up while living a more efficient and sustainable life (with Denver growing and raising the rent at this rate we almost have too!) I will give you money, keep your yard looking fantastic, and may even do your dishes.
Latest: As of now, my interior is almost finished with reclaimed wood paneling, track lighting, and hardwood floors. It is power, water, and heat self-sufficient if need be (though a hook up would be preferred). The outside is still looking a bit rough, though I have plans to paint it ASAP.
