FLIPPER WARNING FOR CARROLLTON GA, SURROUNDING COUNTIES AND EAST ALABAMA!
Charlene Perry has been flipping dogs for quite some time and the evidence that we have collected is substantial. We have watched this woman for almost a year. She is obtaining pets from Facebook yardsale groups and sells them on Craigslist, or visa versa. She makes up many stories, so many that we cannot even keep count. The screenshots that we have added does not even adequately represent the number of pets she has sold and traded in the last 6 months. She removes most of her posts and comments when she gets what she wants.
She frequents West Georgia and Alabama groups.
She also scammed a family out of money she owed for erecting a "building" or shed for her on her property, possibly used to house multiple dogs.
This woman should NEVER obtain another animal again.
Please alert your friends and family in the West Georgia and East Alabama area and ban her from any Facebook groups you admin.
