I own several web domains- some parked, some with content, some forwarded-- related to a particular and always in demand line of business. I had some success in the past with creation of a revenue stream from a couple of the domains but I'm unable to devote the time required to rebuild, revise, and maintain them in a profitable way. (Plus... I've lost my edge with respect to the tech changes that have occurred over the past several years.)

Looking for someone to take on a project and get paid on a revenue share basis for proposing and implementing a winning web design and SEO strategy.

I've been contacted before (as recently as July 2015) by parties interested in purchasing my traffic. But visits have dwindled over time. I know that if the right person (or organization) were to devote some effort to the domains, it could generate a significant on-going revenue stream.

I can't afford to pay design, development, SEO fees etc. But I can offer someone the opportunity to get things going again for me and earn the lion's share of the revenue for a period of time that we'll figure out together.

Benefits for the right person include:
- building knowledge and experience in an industry that will always need your expertise;
- on-going income stream that should prove to be significantly better than simply earning a fee for service. Put in the time initially and your "fee" could essentially produce years of earnings even after your work is done.
- if and when we see success-- I'm not averse to considering a partnership formed around using the sites to offer a product or service. In other words, your expertise could translate into part ownership of something much bigger than a design and development gig.

Also-- strictly white-hat and above board ideas and tactics are of utmost importance to me.
