We already have the venue and photographer but need a caterer, flowers, band, tent and tables/etc. The event will have between 150 and 200 people. Budget is around $30,000-$35,000. If you can give us the wedding we want with leftover cash we will give you a bonus! Looking for someone who can help us coordinate and manage our way through all the BS that planning a wedding entails. In the months leading up to the wedding we basically need someone to help coordinate and research caterers and get prices. Day before the wedding we will need someone to setup and decorate the venue, we have access to the full venue both Friday and Saturday (wedding day). Day of we need someone to coordinate guest traffic and be a general go'fer anything that we need. We are pretty easy going people and are very fun to work with, both young professionals and do not have the time to go through all the leg work.
