WEDNESDAY night open micaudition for paying weekend slots (Arlington)
Wednesday Nights 9:30-1:30
J Gilligan's in Arlington (400 E. Abrams) is looking for live music (bands, duos, trios, etc..) for weekend slots. . ..So come to open mic and show off what you can do for consideration.
Looking for mostly covers of the main-streamish (can sing/dance along to) type variety, but original stuff is ok too.As long as you can bring/keep people in the seats, you're what they're looking for.
I personally do NOT handle booking. . .so please, please do not send me press packs and stuff like that. The only way to get booked is to come play, even if it's solo, they can get the idea.
Will provide PA, mics, bass amp. . .We may have drums set up some times, but not always a guarantee.
You can bring any amplifiers you want, but they are not a necessity, we can run most things direct into the board.
We will also be offering Audio and Video recordings of performances.
So grab your instruments and come have a good time with us!
